You can upload photos that are already on the Internet, e.g. from your public website (optimal solution), as well as photos that are located on your private harddisk at home. If you have no other possibility, you can also, in exceptional cases, send me the photo in form of an email attachment (however, please do not send files larger than 500 Kbytes).

Insert picture from the Internet

In you wish to insert a picture from your website, go to your page and click on the picture with the right mouse button, so that the respective context menu will open up:

If you choose the entry 'features' in the context menu on the very bottom of the list, the respective display will open up:

Bookmark the address (URL) with the left mouse button and paste this shortcut onto the clipboard. Go back to our entry or change form and paste the content of the clipboard into the respective field of the form. But you have to remove the http:// again, as it will be automatically added afterwards.

If your entry is already set up, you can choose a photo on your computer, upload it using the 'photo upload' form and automatically link it to your profile. In order to keep the loading time of the profiles short, the uploaded photos are usually minimized, which can lead to minor degradations in image quality.
