General terms and conditions

1. The maintainers of the network provide their users with a free webbased infrastructure in the form of a database for their use.

2. One group of the network's users comprises providers of psychotherapeutic treatment who can create a profile containing information regarding their treatment offers, and the other group consists of persons interested in psychotherapy who are looking for treatment offers.

3. This circumstance does, however, not constitute any ground for any legal claim on any service to be provided by the network. Thus, the inclusion into the list, as requested by a person providing psychotherapeutic treatment, constitutes a voluntary act that can be cancelled by the maintainers of the network without giving any reasons.

4. Moreover, the network reserves the right to delete entries or align them in terms of content to the guidelines that apply within the network, without the obligation to make any prior announcement.

5. The network does not assume liability for the legality of the websites of a provider which are linked to the list. Neither does the network assume liability for damages that may result from activities of a treatment provider.

6. It is explicitly prohibited to copy, save or in another way further electronically process the data pool of the network or any part of it. This does especially apply to the use of addresses for the sake of advertisement. If such activities are taken notice of, a charge will be immediately brought [against the respective party].
